We have a beautiful landscape covered in pristine white. The gkids are outside enjoying it right now. It is a good wet snow so perfect for snowball fights! May be too wet for a snowman, not to mention I'm not sure there is enough snow out there. We've got maybe an inch. I am in Forest Grove today and have to drive home a bit later but it will be well worth it. By the time I go the road crews will have the freeway nice and clear. Plus we do get enough snow here that people are reasonably sane while driving in it.
I have very much enjoyed spending the weekend with my daughter's family. It is busy and chaotic but in a very good way. I got some quality time with my daughter, the kids have not been overly needy, and it's been a joy.
I got the report from my roommate that Tigger is adjusting just fine without me and has 'adopted' her while I'm gone. That makes me happy. When I first moved in I had placed my dresser mirror on the floor in the hallway until I decided what I wanted to do with it. Every morning on my way to work he would sit by the mirror and look at the other kitty, sitting right next to 'him'. I felt so guilty about leaving him alone. He gets lonely but I know if I got him another kitty to keep him company his nose would be twisted out of shape for quite some time.
A quick update for now. I hope you all enjoy our Sunday as much as I am.
